  Oh no, that's terrible. We're on 51st street too and have been trying to contact City agencies for the past month to help clean as well as filed a complaint here a few weeks ago with no response. I don't think we're equipped to take this on ourselves. Hoping to get some response soon.

  The oakland city government is run by lib.eral demo.crats. They've been in control of Oakland since the 1960s. Before then, Oakland had a rep.ublican government and was one of the cleanest and safest cities in the entire bay area. It's amazing what a difference a change in city administration like that can make. For the past half century Oakland has rapidly spiraled downwards into violent crime, corruption, and a massive epidemic of i.l.l.e.g.a.l dumping coating the streets of the flatlands with mountains of rotting garbage. The lib.eral demo.crat city government, which has ruled Oakland for half a century, very obviously does not care about these problems, and very obviously is not going to do a thing about them because they've been aware of these problems for literally half a century folks. They helped create these problems in the first place. Do you really think they'll fix them? Of course not! The only way to save Oakland is to vote them out of power, and re-instate the administration that used to care for this city (Rep.ublicans.) Don't take my word for it, do your own research. Learn about the history of Oakland and how things got like this. Once you realize the common denominator, the solution becomes very clear.
