This is a horrible problem. Parties are trying to address the issue, but it has been a year or two.

What was a vandalism problem at first (graffiti) has escalated as homeless have taken temporary residence up in the building and we now have a standing water (and mosquito) problem as the roof drains have been clogged up. We have overlooked this property for the past 10 years and post refurbishment of the adjoining building for the JW Marriott, the problem has just been getting worse.
I reported this issue with a photo on 17 September 2017 (Req # 230263) and it appears no action was taken, so this is a follow-up report.
