Bushes and trees need further trimming as they haven't solved the Homeless/Illegal campers and their trash/illegal dumping problem from partial trimming in the past. This is on both sides of Farragut but mostly on the south side where the illegal campers are residing which is allegedly a Cal Trans lot. The north lot is believed to be a city of Vallejo owned lot. If the city enforced our laws this maybe wouldn't be needed. There is also an "abandoned 4 door vehicle with no license plates on Wilson ct. that may be associated with the illegal campers and police and city seem to not care about.
