  Reporting these potholes is an exercise on futility and frustration! Now cars are driving on the wrong side of the street to avoid them! This is not the first time E. 28th has had these problems and if I remember correctly the response was the same..."acknowledged" until one day some city employee filled the holes. Guess what?? We have the same problem. Again. And again. Why? Because there is no money, ever, to pave the street. Just fill the holes and the rains lift the "fix." Cyclist, pedestrians, drivers...be very careful!!!
