Frustrating because city has severly chopped down most of vegetation in that lot because of squatters. Now that guy and his friends are living in the bushes left in middle of lot. Bald guy steals folks recycle bins and fills with garbage, feces etc. He collects garbage and then marks his territory by spreading it all over neighborhood.

This at Mare Island way, not Curtola and the truck with a flat tire filled with junk is stored on Wilson ct. and hasn't moved in weeks. Of course no body in the city will come out and address this truck and another on the court which has not moved with tags expired in may with many complaints. Maybe two trucks associated with this encampment? We need the 72 Hour moving cars enforced and street cleaning signs. Such a sad state Vallejo is in. Stocky bald bum is in this encampment whom spreads trash through out the neighborhood.

For the City to be successful in its criminal prosecutions of illegal dumping, we need the help of residents, businesses and stakeholders. Section 7.44.160 of the Vallejo Municipal Code entitles people who provide information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person who illegally dumps or accumulates garbage a reward of up to fifty percent of the fine amount received.

James tried that with no monetary gain intentions, but the police didn't seem interested with complete proof pictures, info and two witnesses to prosecute etc. this illegal dumper whom is a debris removal business. That means they should have plenty of dump receipts, but most likely have been dumping illegal like they did blatantly in front of us instead.
