The storm drain is only getting worse and not functioning at all!

This is a major cross town route as well as a route to the High School, and the flooding caused by this clogged drain is a hazard. It has not been cleared, and it needs immediate attention.

I do not understand why this issue is not being addressed on this very often used road. Many pedestrians as well as motor vehicles use it to access Dixwell Avenue, the office complex off Connolly, the Rails to Trails, and the Spring Glen neighborhood. Please get this drain cleared!

Today this drain is completely clogged and Connolly Parkway is flooded. Please fix this!
