PWD call center has never referred and follow up with code enforcement 238-3381 on any thing I have posted on this site concerning private property.. Its all on the public to file the complaint and do all the follow though to get action. The only recourse the private property owner have is take these spray vandals to civil court.

OPD really needs to start arresting these spray vandals.

It seems like many victims of graffiti do not file a crime report online. If everyone files a report each time the property is tagged, they would have the data to justify more resources to apprehend the culprits.

I have been telling people for years to do on line crime reporting. The police cannot fix a problem if they do not know about.
