Hello, my Name is Louis J Plenzick. I spoke with a person identifying himself as Quinn. It was regarding a violation issue at 357 Ellsworth Ave, New Haven. I had reported that the tenants of that building have not taken there trash and recycling containers off the street for more than 2 months! Having said that, they dump their trash in those containers in place! In addition, the containers are not even placed on the sidewalk. I have numerous dated photos of this gross violation. Everyone on this street stays in compliance. The issue is further exaserbated! There are many rats, rodents, animals of all types, feeding off the garbage! I live next door at 363 Ellsworth Ave. These pest have now migrated to our property. I was assured by Mr. Quinn, an inspector would be out to survey the situation. Please contact me at 860 912 0103 immediately Please! If I don't hear back from anyone, I am proceeding to City Hall and filing a formal complaint to the Mayor's office. All my photos are dated! It has been MONTHS! We cannot deal with this health issue! Also a complaint will be filed with the board of health. You leave us no choice as this issue has not been addressed! Please, once again, contact me ASAP. Not only an eyesore, but a health risk to this neighborhood!
