Vehicles turning left onto Morrison from High Street are in a bad situation if they miss the left arrow at the beginning of the cycle. They enter the intersection, but during high traffic times, will never get a chance to turn before Morrison gets the green light (meanwhile, Northbound High Street traffic turning onto Morrison has a green arrow the whole time). This signal needs to be re-evaluated.

Not to mention this whole intersection is a pedestrian death-trap.

I think that there should be no left turn at the light for the people going south onto 378 bridge. That would stop alot of congestion. I know I have almost been hit a few times from other drivers who get caught in the left lane behind someone trying to turn left. They should make it where you have to turn left at Mill St and not at Morrison. Someone is going to get hurt really bad there one day.

Not supposed to enter the intersection unless your sure to clear it before the light turns red.

This signal was improved last year. Bus routes go up Morrison so a no left turn scenario isn't going to happen.
