  These streetlights are out due to failed underground service conduit. We are finishing design of a service conduit replacement project that includes Southwood. Although these lights are not officially part of this construction project, we should be able to add them in when the contractor is mobilized. Due to funding limitations, we are waiting until next fiscal year's funding is available to award this contract. Work is expected this July. Thank you for your patience.
