This meter and another one I called in today are both only giving 2 minutes per quarter. Please check all your meters to be sure 15 minutes is being given for each quarter. I'm currently between jobs and can't use my debit card or credit card. I used all my laundry money to pay for parking to treat myself to a local restaurant to cheer myself up.

After parking on crown street, not realizing I had parked in a 30 minute max spot, over a dollar later, set my alarm to move my car. When I did, again, over a dollar later while my food got cold, I realized I was only getting 2 minutes per quarter and was a hike from the restaurant. I drove around, found a good spot and the same thing happened. I spent almost $5 for parking at meters to treat myself and try to feel better about my situation at a local restairant and was there less than an hour including time looking for new parking spots. I know I need to work on my job situation, but the town needs to take care of the coin meter situation. If you can't fix it, at least let people know it will be $7.50 an hour at the meters. :(
