I have been in contact with WPC and the City Plumbing inspector ref. this ongoing issue. I can’t request a licensed plumber to fix it because home owners are allowed to fix there own plumbing issues as long as they are living on the property. I have not heard back from the other Departments yet. I will update as soon as I do.
