Massive flooding and standing water due to lack of storm drain and improper grading and leveling of the street and sidewalk. Every time it rains water floods the street, sidewalk and personal property. Flooding has and is causing severe land subsidence damaging public and personal property. This issue needs immediate attention and resolution in order to stop current and future flooding and damage to public and personal property caused by the absence of a proper storm drain and land grading and leveling.
