Issue 5155539 was closed and archived, so I cannot reopen it. The streetlight is still not working (both bulbs burned out - sidewalk and street side) and several more heading west on Newark Ave have burnt out bulbs. Should each one be reported or can I make a list of them? They are decorative and not utility poles, so I don't think they are numbered.

What would be the best way to identify them in a list? As stated, these decorative poles are not numbered that I can see. They are not usually in front of an address either.

So they are on Newark Ave, Tell me from which block they start and end. I will make a general complaint of multiple lights out. You can place yellow tags on the poles. would that work?
