This problem needs to be addressed!

That and all the others like it. It looks like I live in the city dump. Maybe the mayor and Ellen Cohen should spend some time in District C in the limited time they have left in office

District C and D should work together more on these types of crimes as well as the violent/destructive crimes that follow, if we allow these "vagrants" to take-over these spaces illegally.
