Opis

How is it that Police Officers are allowed to block fire pump and leave their personal car there for several days? Also, blocking the car that is legally parked from leaving since they are trapped. If I did that, my car would be towed. Please address this issue, so this doesn't happen again. It happens a lot in front of 800 Victory Blvd.
