Description

The intersection of Merritt Ave. and Capital St. is confusing and lacks one-way and/or roundabout signage and lane striping. Most seem to treat this intersection as a triangular roundabout with one way traffic flow counterclockwise. However, many unfamiliar with the area go north on Merritt Ave or south on Capital St. Signage on how to treat this intersection or roundabout is needed for improved traffic safety.
