There are a couple of chairs some blinds some wooden drawers and a mattress that someone has dumped behind my garage in the alley,(Packard Alley). I have already spoken with code enforcement and they told me it was my responsibility to have it taken care of.

If code has determined it is your property then you are responsible for the clean up. If you have any info that could help lead to the dumpers please pass it on to the CSS dept. and they will investigate.
