This is my yard. The water is coming from behind the fence which is now ruined. Every time it rains I have a flood come from outside of the back of the fence through my yard. I have 3 dogs & no grass anymore as this has made my yard a swamp. Gravel and a drainage pipe was put in behind the fence. The gravel and pipe are bone dry as all the runoff water has come under the fence and flooded my yard. The water is creeping with each rain towards my home. Neighbors yard behind me sits higher and drains into my yard. Yellow 1 story home next to me, their yard is a pool & is what drains into my backyard from under the fence. 2 properties flooding my yard. I have no yard anymore.
