The responding officers to this area have noted that there are no official bicycle lanes at this location and, as a result, enforcement measures are not able to be taken. The Traffic, Parking and Transportation Department will be notified about concerns regarding obstructions.

The lanes not having been repainted means they're now gone? Ugh, the city really is really mishandling this road. The fact that it's taken months since the repaving of this road for this to even get escalated to the Traffic, Parking and Transportation Department is a demonstration of some real communication issues between city departments.

Why does it take three months for Traffic Parking and Transportation to realize that the street has been repaved but not repainted?

I wonder if the Vision Zero bicycle/pedestrian commission could escalate this issue? I think this is the right commission dealing with bike/pedestrian safety.

The bike lanes unfortunately cannot be restriped at this time, however they will be replaced as soon as weather allows in the coming months. In the meantime we are replacing the missing NO STOPPING signage to allow police to ticket and/or tow illegally parked vehicles. We have also spoken with the contractor for the 35 Cambridgepark Drive site to remind their workers not to park in the NO STOPPING zones.
