The house is abandoned!! No letter LCI send will be acknowledged! The animals are still going in and out of the house. And under the front porch. The owners are using this house for a storage bin!! In the meantime it is falling apart. Something needs to be doneReally soon! It’s becoming an eye soar!!! The never shovel and the grass is starting to grow. The mail blows around the street !!

There is a civil citation going out on the property.

And that means.... what??? Nothing will still be done!!! Come on now... this is why this city has budget issues and so much blight!!! I have reported this house for a long long time... and it’s getting worse!! Explain what this means ...
