SCF referred it on 2/4/19 to Caltrans. Caltrans received it on 2/4/19 and reported it to this user as closed on 2/8/19. However, this was either a FALSE CLOSURE or the hole was re-cut (it looks like the identical hole in comparison to the earlier photo). See circled item in attached 3/2/2019 photo.
