Again, the same law breaking people have come to illegally dump junk in this ditch. There are a few tires, looks like a sofa and other junk items that are filling up the ditch. It’s the people that live either in the bungalows right behind and/or in the apartment that has the razor around the fence.

The city needs to put up a camera to catch and prosecute these people, this is continuously happening after reporting and The city comes to remove the waste.
