This is an ongoing and dangerous issue. While walking the dog, my brother and a car were nearly struck by a falling limb from a tree. Many of the trees on the property have limbs that are dead and in danger of harming pedestrians or the house next door. All the city does is fine the home owner but nothing gets cleaned up. I would guess that there is a rodent and termite issue that could affect other nearby residences. This has been going on for years and the city does absolutely nothing.
