So disappointing that we have to waste one of our Code Enforcement Officers to deal with essentially what amounts to some littering. It not an abandoned building, why wouldn’t they have some pride in their business?
What if anything did Chase say?

Too big to prosecute? Too big to investigate?

Just lame on Chases part. It will all have blown away before it even gets acknowledged here, not to mention by the time Code Enforcement actually arrives on the scene.

But also an obvious pattern in Vallejo City Hall: nod through the fat cats, without a comment; pass over the plain folks, without a glance.
