Sometimes drivers must accommodate wheelchair riders which involves moving passengers, folding seats and attaching 4 hold-down straps to the wheelchair. A folding ramp must also be deployed. This process is reversed when disembarking and can be rather time consuming. Also, sometimes they get ahead of schedule and must wait to avoid arriving at further stops too early.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our bus routes do operate on a published schedule. If they arrive early to a time point, they are required to wait and not leave early. We will work with the operations department to see if any adjustments can be made to the schedules to correct this issue.

thanks, when they parked on Ridge road at Ed Dr i almost was tboned crossing the intersection because the bus obstructed view of oncoming traffic. parking immediately crossing an intersection (edwards mill rd and duraleigh rd) causing a major backflow of traffic as well and a lot of near miss accidents (which probably already caused an accident) when having to go around the parked buses with heavy traffic. hate for someone to get injured and sue city because of this negligence.
