This issue is not closed. I wasn't working this day otherwise I would be ticketing the parkers, which I do without exception when I find them. If possible could 911 be called on the weekend so the on duty patrol units can be dispatched? Thank you!

The reason I did it this way is because I was following a patrol car who passed this as I was passing it and they drove right on by. No reason they cant stop when they see it and give these parking tickets. This isnt the first time I have seen them drive right on by ignoring a parking violation.
I want to thank you for your efforts in stopping this I saw you giving tickets the other day.
Without the support of the rest of the team and city hall I know it is hard to stop.
