I believe this location is at the county law office for operating without occupancy or Certificates of Use Permits. We have been fighting to have these buisnesses closed for 2 years however the law office and permits is allowing them to stay open our of compliance. Need to call and complain

What has been done to address this issue?? They are lucky no one got hurt However for this to still not be fixed is uncalled for. Who is dragging their feet. The neighborhood behind there should not have to have car lights dining in their homes so night long. These buisnesses do not even have permits to be there and haven't for years. Complaints have been filled by the Association and nothing is still done. These buisnesses here at 7207 Baltimore-Annapolis Blvd.
are a nuisance and illegally. Time for the county to address this location before something else happens there.
They should be closed they have no rights to be there open and operating

Nothing has been done since July?

Why is they nothing for 2019 are those complaints begin ignored. The new case filled needs an update on that case which you do not have listed. Please update

I had a contractor assess the situation. There NEEDS to be a fence. That provides protection from the bar customers and their behavior (sexual activities, loitering, littering, noise). He said a lot of those trees to be trimmed or completely removed in order to put a fence up in a straight line. It would be difficult to set any posts with all of the stumps that are over there.

Seriously, what do I have to do to get this going? This is not my property. If the politicians have given up on this neighborhood, then just say so, so I can go around them.

Also, the manager has told my property manager that because he trying to sell it is the reason he can't get the fence fixed. Sounds like the current owner is praying the new owner will handle all the issues they've been ignoring.
