  Thank you for contacting us. Anne Arundel County has seen record rainfalls in the 2018-2019 season and many areas have experienced significant flooding. Inspections and Permits only addresses drainage issues that are caused by construction from an active permit or a permit completed within the last year.

  We have referred this complaint to Zoning Enforcement for the junk and debris issue. You should be hearing from them shortly.
