Two years ago there were signs at the entrance of the park at State and Henry Johnson advising that there is a 90 minute parking limit and that the speed limit is 20 mph. Both of those signs were knocked down and reported but never put back up. The speed limit sign was removed after it was reported a few weeks ago. It is important that drivers are aware of the 20 mph speed limit. I would guess that someone getting a ticket for parking for over 90 minutes could fight it and win since there is no sign. The person who hit this sign reported it over a year ago. Please put these signs back up for our safety and for fairness.
