Description

Houses are falling apart all kinds of characters in and out. over grown. Do we have to wait until they are infested with animals and infested with bugs and roaches.

What do you expect when renters from Troy,Lansingburgh and Cohoes are moving into Waterford now more than in the past? Outside landlords buying up home and turning them into low income rentals.Stacking tenants like cordwood into a building that is cut up into smaller units.They collect the rent and that is ALL they care about.Waterford should have better Quality Of Life codes on the books to keep the slum lords out or at least attentive to their properties and tenants in this village.
