on thursday April 11,2019 at about 7:45 am I was driving towards delaware ave to make a left turn towards Delmar. As I approched the light, cars were coming alongside my right side and going into stewarts to avoid the traffic light to make a right turn. There had to be 6 or 7 cars in that line between the gas pumps and the front door of stewarts. And they kept coming. If you wanted to get to a gas pump good luck, open a car door at the pump or try to walk to front door of stewarts was almost impossible or risky at least. Please have someone observe what is happening there each morning before someone gets hit or killed while walking in the stewarts parking lot The lot is not part of the street but is certainly beings us as such. I would be concerned about the children waling to school and adults who are trying walk along the sidewalk.
