Yes, but it doesn’t help if there is not parking on that side making it so you have to still get to the vehicle around the block

Yes, that is correct. Today there was no parking on either the Santa Clara Street or Georgia Street side. City Hall was closed so we was not able to use City Halls elevator and go across the campus either.

Is this typical on Sunday’s?

I don’t know. The only other time this was experienced was on a Saturday when we originally checked out the books.
