We and many of our neighbors have serious drainage problems in our backyards. A County representative for inspections and permits visited our property and showed us the drawings for the lot. He said that it was intended that the grading would direct any flow of water, by means of a swale, between our house and the house next door -- not through our backyard. He gave us his assurance it would be corrected and the Bond would not be released until all of the drainage problems at Ashers Farm were completely rectified. We have recently sent two e-mails asking for the status, but we have not received a response. Could you please let us know when the grading/drainage problems will be corrected. Thank you.
