Description

This last Sunday at 4 PM heading South on Falls of the Neuse (from Wake Forest), when the traffic light changed from red to green, and with both lanes with at least 6 cars waiting, the traffic signal short cycled. Two cars got thru the light when it changed back to red. Literally the light was green for may 10 seconds. This is not a case of cars not being over the sensors in the road either. Both lanes were backed up with cars and they had just started to accelerate.
