There is a large dead tree limb on the easement hanging over our sidewalk near the driveway. Children walk this sidewalk daily. Ive had a licensed arborist confirm that the tree is a major safety hazard and could in-fact kill someone. If the city cannot cut it down at this time, then the sidewalk needs to have a blockade to prevent people from walking under it. This is my second notification.
