There are clearly visible signs on the sidewalk next to the entrance of the school that there is no parking 2:30p-4p. Nevertheless, these signs are entirely disregarded, clogging traffic for anyone who doesn't mind following rules.
An officer coming by at 2:45 daily could wear out a pen by the end of the school year writing enough tickets to unclog that jam.
