I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed this. I cannot believe it has been this long unresolved, when the project was supposed to be completed by Feb.

After receiving further details from the project manager regarding this issue, please know that the reason why this area is not complete is because there are some additional repairs that need to be made to the storm sewer at this location. The repairs and the final layer of asphalt should be completed within the next 4-6 weeks.
