I agree but that's how people are

The blight of this particular property has been exhausting and also extensive for years. The grass and weeds exist in a shared backyard, where the small children of the renters of the house can't play in their own backyard. Rodents nest in overgrown places. It is June and the edge of the property is 3 feet tall. If this site isn't for dealing with issues like this- then what? And why do people post such short sighted judgments and discouraging comments?

I am not sure what can be done aside from confronting the owner....Have you done that?

That's all from me, but I thought the other anonymous guest had a good suggestion: if you haven't, speak with the owner--in an unconfrontational way.

Andrew Gyamfi another of the Gyamfi clan of slumlords ruining this section of Nash St., deadbeat doesn't pay his water bills, so, in addition to being a slumlord, you get to pick up the tab for his water bill. New Haven is the real estate scammer and slumlord paradise.

This is an old issue that was never closed. The issue has been resolved because the property was foreclosed and there are new owners.
