Crazy-sounding loud cussing (major profanities) and yelling coming from the address of 163 N Allen St RIGHT NOW. This guy usually makes a ruckus in evenings, nights, afternoons but this is the worst that we have ever heard him. It is an ongoing continuing situation + he has only been getting louder + louder over the years. Pls get to him when you can.

I think for ongoing longstanding issues the police keeping their ears open on patrols would be helpful. Possibly having someone drop in and let them know there are complaints could prevent further problems as well. But yes, call the police and keep posting if that does not get results.
I have found that people who are suffering with quality of life issues and such need to be as big a pain to the department with the responsibility to deal with these particular issues as the offenders are to us. For whatever reason, this is the climate we are in right now.
