Description

The sidewalks are obstructed by overgrown bushes, shrubs, and small trees. They are also, in places completely covered with dirt and debris. One must walk on the grass medians in order to pass by. The house owner should prune or remove the bushes and small, unwanted trees as well as clean the sidewalk so that it is not a muddy mess after a rain.
