Nothing has changed. Property is still a jungle. Plus, the previous renters left a bunch of trash in the back by the street when they moved out. Must be nice living in a fancy house over in MacFarland Farms while your properties that you own in other areas of the city are trashy. Is the City Of Topeka going to do anything about this or do I have to go talk to Robert Thomas Mcelroy myself?
