Could a bollard please be installed on the 6th Street bike path, at the northeast corner of SW 3rd Ave. and SW 6th St.?

There is nothing indicating that this is a bike path or that cars should not be driving on it.

I have witnessed people are driving their cars on the 6th Street bike bath to get from SW 3rd Ave. to SW 2nd Ave. I have also seen cars parked on and along the bike path.
