Description
ANKLE-BREAKER!
Someone, (NHFD?), removed a fire hydrant and left this menace behind. Won’t be long before some bar-goer wrecks themself on this hazard!
Whose jurisdiction is this?

I already put a cone on it myself, but the cone won’t stay there forever.
At some point the City or the NHFD need to deal with this hazard.

Whose jurisdiction is this? NHFD? Public Works?
