a pile of tires has been left near a garbage can at the base of east rock park just before farnum dr.

I saw that. Really disgusting. Go to Orange St and Farnham for more tires and a lot of garbage , in bags and strewn..Make sure that the City does NOT pick up that crap on any OT. - just in case
As some might have spotted City trucks in the Vicin.
