Yet another accident along this stretch of Route 7 eastbound during the AM rush hour!

Can't this stretch downhill before the off ramp to I-787 be reconfigured somehow to reduce these crashes?

It seems like a disproportionately high number of crashes are always occurring along this section of the highway.
