  EVMUD came out once. They dug up the street, repaved it. BUT Even after that it was still bubbling up water.
  The constant water flow is not only toxic because it just sits and breeds, but the street is sinking where the water is bubbling up. Very unsafe

  OAK311's question on 7/10 didn't extract any different info. than was originally stated. Seems like the back-and-forth is only serving to delay getting this issue fixed.
