as per inspector B. Garland summons issued

Resident who lives next door called. He said that his tenant is threatening to move due to the smell at this house. He saw 2 big rats near this garbage today. He knows the summons was issued but the problem is worsening regardless.

the summons was just issued today please allow some time for it to be mailed to the owner who may have to appear in court
