Unknown workers dug this hole a few months ago, put an orange cone on it and left. This work site is in front of my house and my neighbor's (3520 and 3524 Carlton Square Place). It has been inactive for at least a few months - pretty much ever since the day it was started. It is a hazard to pedestrians, children, and pets. I do not know what issue they are trying to resolve, but there is an open pipe and water at the bottom of the hole. Please fix this!!!
