Description

THE ENTIRE HALF OF THE BLOCK HAS PILES OF TRASH ON IT. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, EMBARRASSING, AND DISRESPECTFUL TO THE PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF WHO PAY AN OUTRAGEOUS RENT TO LIVE HERE. MY CHILDREN ARE IN DISBELIEF AS WELL. I'VE LIVED IN OAKLAND FOR OVER 10 YEARS NOW, THIS NEEDS TO BE HANDLED IMMEDIATELY!
